Wongari came from a lovely unexpected moment, a dingo I came across earlier this year, sitting just off the to the side of the road in front of corn fields, sitting completely still.
We locked eyes for a second before he disappeared into the cornfields, weaving in and out kind of playing!
That moment stayed with me, and inspired me to make a small series of dingo paintings exploring connection to our Australian landscape.
